How Can Career Coaching Help?

If you are stuck between where you are and where you want to be, if you aren't sure how to
close the gap, Career Coaching is a powerful tool to utilize. The process of Career Coaching
will assist you in uncovering your passions and choosing your own unique way of aligning
your passions with your career.

As your coach, my role is to provide an environment to help you focus on your objective
while you explore your career direction. The coaching process will challenge you to look
deeper into your genuine desires and acknowledge your true aspirations. Your
commitment and effort in the process will provide you with the most favorable results
toward achieving your goals.

Sessions are 1 hour in duration and content is structured based on your predefined goals.
When committing to 4 or more sessions, you will also have access to Coach-Align Client
Tools to assist you in achieving overall coaching goals. Sessions can be conducted either
face-to-face or via telephone or internet.
