Biography - Karen Whitman

Karen Whitman is a career coach who helps women that
want to create a rewarding career while managing the
sometimes overwhelming matters of their daily lives.
With her children now grown and independent, Karen is
transitioning into her coaching business after several
years within senior management roles.

Karen returned to College as a single parent when her
children were six and two. Since then she has acquired
more than sixteen years of experience within her roles,
and has developed such leadership skills as mentoring,
coaching, facilitating and strategic planning. Today
Karen offers career coaching and mentoring through
Coach-Align, to women who want to define their career
goals, consider a transition or create career/life balance.
Karen's desire is to see you close the gap between your
goals and your reality to align your career with your
passion!

I look at Karen as my mentor. I've always been impressed with her approach to projects
and challenges. Karen has an open mind and I have always felt comfortable talking to her
about my challenges both at work and in life. I believe that is an important quality that a

Karen's advice, and choose my own path, she always has an accepting attitude and realizes

Karen genuinely cares about people and wants to see everyone reach their full potential.
